I have been a counselling manager over several programs, including crisis line services, Gambling Help, Community Support Program, and Financial Counselling in a non-government organisation, with services stretching hundreds of kilometers in catchment. I have provided professional supervision for staff and managers working in addictions, justice, crisis lines, trauma, youth, and counselling services.
